8K tonnes of pressure
A true forged wheel — like every TWS model — starts from a solid billet of high-grade aluminum or magnesium alloy. Using immense pressure (8,000 tonnes), the material is shaped so that the metal’s grain structure becomes dense, aligned, and uniform throughout the entire wheel. This produces the highest possible strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional fatigue resistance, and superior impact durability.
True motorsport blanks
Many companies use 3rd-party blanks intended for non-motorsport wheels which can severely limit sizes, concavity, spoke design, and critical brake clearance. TWS blanks are purely for the application for which it will be used, this goes from our base forged 6061-T6 wheels to our magnesium racing wheels.

Side-milled spokes and barrels
To be as light as possible the T66-F features side-milled spokes and barrels. Any excess material that doesn’t add strength is carved out using a precision CNC ball cutter. Side-milling is often deemed cost-prohibitive by others, but for true performance without compromise it’s essential.
A stronger lightweight wheel
Our forged wheels are lightweight without the strength compromises found on typical cast "lightweight" wheels. There will be no concerns about spokes and barrels cracking like on competitor wheels.
Big brake clearance
Big brake clearance is essential for motorsport wheels. The 19" T66-F will easily clear F8X 2NH brake kits, for example. Get in touch if you want to learn about your braking setup and if these wheels will clear.
Paintless knurled beads
Whether it’s a day at the track or months of street driving, repeated hard braking and acceleration can make a tire slip along the bead seat and go out of balance, causing vibration. Knurled beads help, but are less effective when painted over. Our forged line features unpainted knurled beads that stay sharp and maximize grip.
Built for impact sockets
Track wheels need track tools. Don’t settle for wheels that require undersized wheel bolts or studs, or even thin walled sockets. TWS wheels accommodate over-sized hardware and impact sockets to make swapping wheels lightning fast.

Wheel Hardware
TWS Forged wheels can be used with all OEM mounting hardware, proper aftermarket hardware, and most wheel spacers. Wheel locks and stud conversion kits also work perfectly.
TPMS
All TWS Forged wheels accept OEM and aftermarket Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors and standard fit valve stems. If you don’t have sensors, then a set of valve stems will come included with the purchase of a new set of wheels.
