Carbon Prepreg / Autoclave Process:
This product is made by vacuum-molding a prepreg sheet made of carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin in a mold, and then curing it under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Made with the same materials and process as racing cars, it is lightweight yet strong. The carbon fiber coloring allows for a unique style. Compatible with OEM side markers.

Regarding Surface Finish:
Because lightweight is a priority, the product is not gel-coated or clear-coated as it is when removed from the mold. Therefore, pinholes and resin irregularities may remain.

Epoxy Glass Fiber Prepreg / Autoclave Processing Manufacturing Method:
Prepreg sheets made by impregnating glass fiber with epoxy resin are vacuum molded in a mold and then cured under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Although the material is different from dry carbon, the manufacturing process is the same, making it lighter and stronger than conventional glass fiber (FRP), and the vacuum molding process allows for a sharper shape. Compatible with OEM side markers.

Widening for cornering force
To increase the cornering force of the BMW M4, it is essential to use tyres and wheels of the same size on all four wheels as a base tuning.
By tuning the suspension accordingly, you can create a cornering machine with extremely high competitive power.
For the ASSIST F-M4, the front fender was widened to accommodate four wheels of the same size, using YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires and 18" 11.0J wheels. This design has been used to add cooling functionality.
The data shows that the fender is 25mm wider than the factory fender, but this is not a measurement based on actual vehicle measurements, so please use this information for reference only.
Height-adjustable shock absorber (QUANTUM or INTRAX),
straight-wound spring with a 65mm inner diameter ,
camber/caster adjustable upper mount, LAPTORR, and adjustable front lower arm.
If the ADVAN A052 can be fitted, the ADVAN A050 and POTENZA RE71RS can also be fitted.
Cooling inside the front wheel
Ducts are provided at the top and rear to vent hot air from inside the front wheels.
